The development of the Warcas charging station is the result of cross-division collaboration at Qimtronics, involving strong synergy between the hardware, software, and project management teams. This strategic project was carried out in an integrated manner from the planning stage to execution, with the aim of providing innovative and sustainable electric vehicle charging solutions.
The hardware team is responsible for designing and developing charging station devices that meet safety, reliability, and operational efficiency standards. Each component is carefully designed to ensure optimal performance in various field conditions, with a focus on robust, reliable physical infrastructure for the long term.
The software team develops the application and backend systems that are the brain of Warcas' overall operations, building a digital ecosystem that includes an automatic charging system, real-time database management, and monitoring and analytics features to track the performance of each unit.
Coordination between divisions is ensured to run optimally through the role of the project management team, which oversees timeline, deliverable targets, and resource allocation, while facilitating cross-team communication to overcome technical challenges as they arise.
This collaborative approach has proven effective in resolving technical complexities, with solutions that address immediate problems while remaining sustainable for long-term development.
